The 7th Street Haunt’s Travis Boling and crew are bringing their mobile mini-haunt to you!
Like Alice Cooper said, “School’s out for summer,” but the maniacs at the 7th Street Haunt have gotten hold of a used Bullitt County school bus and have transformed it into a rolling horror road show! Taking their combined years of experience building haunted attractions and combining that with some of the props, sets and effects they’ve acquired over the years, the 7th Street Haunt crew has created a Frankenstein monster out of an ordinary school bus, and will soon debut Louisville’s first mobile mini haunted attraction.

“The inspiration for this was to create a throwback to the days of traveling carnival attractions,” says 7th Street Haunt owner, Travis Boling, who was putting the finishing touches on the Haunted Bus last weekend with former Baxter Avenue Morgue crew builder, Charlie McCawley, and former Clarksville Psychomania Haunted Attraction owner, Phil Granger.
“Phil (Granger) comes from a background in the circus and the 7th Street Haunt was inspired by my work with him at Psychomania,” admits Boling, “and the haunted bus is another project with ties to the old school carnival haunts.”
“Actually, this project is also a team effort with Richard Teachout from Asylum Haunted Scream Park,” says Boling, “which is where I got the bus. We’ll be doing a lot of cross promotion with Asylum this season.”
Look for the Haunted Bus to be touring the local region throughout the summer and fall for a low cost Halloween thrill that can go anywhere, anytime. The Haunted Bus will make its’ debut this month at the 138th Old Settlers Days Festival on June 17th and 18th in Lexington, Indiana.
