Legend has it, in 1912 8 People were Murdered in a small town in Iowa. One of the prime suspects in the Murders, Reverend George Kelly a traveling preacher later confessed and was tried for two of the murders only to be acquitted. After the last trial he moved to Kansas City, Connecticut, and eventually New York City and then disappeared. We now know that Kelly changed his identity to George Bailey while in New York, altered his appearance and then returned to Kansas City in the Mount Washington area and opened the Mount Washington Manor funeral home in order to hide his further crimes.
