Grabbing, biting, licking, shock treatment, waterboarding, bondage and bugs: Who will survive and what will be left of them?

As we celebrate the last weekend of the haunting season, a couple of the most notorious haunts in town are ramping things up to finish out Halloween 2016 with a brutal assault on the senses. First, the Devil’s Attic will present CHAOS, its extreme haunt event this Sunday, Oct. 30^th from 8 PM until 11 PM. Then next weekend, the Haunted Hotel will unveil Unhinged on Saturday, Nov. 5^th from 8 PM until midnight.

CHAOS: The Devil’s Attic, 647 W Hill St, Sunday Oct. 30, 8 PM – 11 PM

Tickets: $25

This is The Devil’s Attic first foray into the world of “full contact” haunting and their event page promises you will be “grabbed, bit, dragged, licked & violated.” You must be at least 18 years old to attend and you are required to sign a waiver before being admitted, after which you will be at the mercy of Satan’s minions until you reach the exit. Good luck with that.

UNHINGED: The Haunted Hotel, 3000 S 4^th St, Saturday Nov 5, 8 PM – Midnight

Tickets: $30

The Haunted Hotel is already an extreme haunt. Touching, grabbing, choking, dragging and full contact assaults are normal scare tactics used every night of operation, so you can only imagine what a “special” extreme night is going to mean inside the walls of this madhouse: Absolute insanity. Recently leaked You Tube videos of practice subjects have shown guests coming out the exit in their underwear and being waterboarded beneath the Haunted Hotel’s leaky pipes.

This is an 18 and older event and you must sign a waiver to be admitted. You will be given a SAFE word in case the experience becomes too much for your to handle. The Haunted Hotel asks you to bring an extra change of clothes and shoes because, “The clothes you are wearing we think you are simply going to throw away after your experience is over.”
